Scheduling and Payment

Booking: Sessions and Courses must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy for Sessions: Cancellations or changes to the scheduled Session must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the Session fee.

Extenuating Circumstances for Sessions: Exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy may be made at the sole discretion of the Instructor for extenuating circumstances such as serious illness, family emergencies, or natural disasters.

Refunds for Sessions: Except as outlined in the cancellation policy and extenuating circumstances clauses for Sessions, all payments for Sessions are non-refundable.
