My passion is guiding people towards new
levels of empowerment and possibility through ThetaHealing®️. Here is a bit of my own story and how I became a woman who believes that anything is possible.

levels of empowerment and possibility through ThetaHealing. Here is a bit of my own story and how I became a woman who believes that anything is possible.
Looking back, many of my innate gifts presented themselves as challenges to me at the time.
Though spirituality, faith and trust were modeled to me from a young age, it did not protect me from having to heal my upbringing as a child.
Coming from a fairly progressive Indian background, my connection to faith was developed early. Both my parents (particularly my mother) were open to other religions, which gifted me a deep connection and faith beyond my current circumstances.

Even with loving parents, poverty, unhealthy family ties and betrayal were deeply imprinted on my young mind and led me to my healing later in life
With parents who grew up in Africa, I was modelled that there was no division between religions or beliefs. Regardless of this gift, our family went through multiple setbacks financially and health wise which put my young mind into a state of survival. My beautiful mother modelled hard work, determination and faith which both serve us as a family, but left me with a deep imprint that I alone must take on my safety.
It wasn’t until the birth of my first child that I hit a point of complete emotional and mental exhaustion. Even with a loving relationship, pressure from outside family had also taken its toll on my fragile sense of self. With the help of my mother, I began to learn and absorb the healing effects of reiki which set into motion an unbelievable landslide of events. After years of feeling lost and completely disconnected, within six months I had a potential job, created healthy boundaries with family, manifested a beautiful new home, and stepped onto my own healing path earnestly. The birth of my third child led to the awakening of my life and career. It put everything into perspective at this point I left the corporate role and set on the journey of entrepreneurship.
It was only when I began this new journey that I soon realised that in order to grow and flourish I would have to go back inwards to confront my past traumas to help me heal from the root causes. I would need to face demons that had stayed dormant yet always whispering in my ear giving me reasons as to why I should hold back.
As per the lessons learned from my mother, I opened myself to believing that the universe would help me manifest the right path for my healing. This came in the form of a beautiful soul who soon became my soul sister. The work we did together was a commitment that finally felt easy, a click that I had to show up for myself in a way that my soul recognized even if I didn’t fully understand at the time. My healing began to seep into every aspect of my home and marriage which led to my next big steps.
After years of feeling disconnected, ThetaHealing was like a breath of fresh air. Layer by layer I became lighter, clear about my needs, and available for my family as the woman I desired to be.
Every session is an opportunity to intentionally rewire your subconscious on a level that is present moment versus familiar. The level of healing that you will encounter is a powerful reclamation of yourself, your lineage and every ancestral line that did their very best with what they knew. It is a gift not only to yourself, but to your family and future children’s reality. I am committed to my healing so that I show up fully for my children, my family and most of all to support others as they step into their own healing journey.
